This is another tool to understand what in your unconscious mind is making you non-compatible with reality, hence what thoughts are keeping you feeling negative.
In this Module, I invite you to search for your irrational belief(s).
If you have time, listen to the recording and go through the document by looking at each belief to identify yours. The recording already gives you ideas on how to become more rational / realistic.
If you have less time to invest in this Module, only work with the document.
